For many of you your kiddos are back to school and your days are getting super busy again. Why not make mornings easy with a quick, nutritious breakfast that will fill you up without the guilt. My suggestion: Overnight Muesli. There’s a reason the Swiss have made muesli a breakfast staple for the last 100+ years.
Add chopped or grated apple to the mixture or some fresh berries.
While you can make your own muesli mix, I choose to buy mine and my brand of choice is Bob’s Red Mill.
