For Variations:Add chopped or grated apple to the mixture or some fresh berries.
Cook's Note:While you can make your own muesli mix, I choose to buy mine and my brand of choice is Bob's Red Mill.
- 1 cup muesli
- ⅔ cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk
- 2-3 Tablespoons honey
- 1½ Tablespoons chia seeds
- Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
- Distribute the mixture among 4 ramekins or bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
- In the morning top with an additional sprinkle of chia seeds (optional) and enjoy!
