All kids love pizza, and kids will flip for this Lunchbox Pizza recipe. It’s so easy to make!
During the summer my daughter, Mia and I like to experiment with different lunch box meals for the upcoming school year. I like getting her input so once school starts I have a bunch of go-t0 lunches for the school year. Some of her favorite lunches are my Lunch Box Tacos, my Easy and Healthy Lunchbox Idea, and this Lunchbox Pizza recipe!
How to Make Lunchbox Pizza:
The aisles of Kroger’s Natural Foods Department are full of natural, real food choices. The department at my Fry’s grocery store has endless snacks, cereal, milk, dairy and non-dairy products, and more. They also have bulk bin items like nuts, rice, oats, granola, etc. I can’t say enough about this department.
My kids love everything I’ve picked up there, but their favorite snack has got to be Horizon Organic Chocolate Grahams. My little guy can’t get enough of them, and I definitely see them becoming a school lunch favorite!
My daughter loves helping me make her lunch every day. Our latest easy, healthy lunch creation is this Lunchbox Pizza.
- Horizon Organic Strawberry Lo-Fat Milk box
- Horizon Organic Chocolate Grahams
- Horizon Organic Mozzarella Cheese Stick
- Simple Truth Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
- Flatbread cut into 3-inch rounds
A lunch like this keeps her energized and fueled for her school day. To make the Lunchbox Pizza all you have to do is spread a little bit of sauce on the flatbread, and place torn pieces of the mozzarella stick on top, and that’s it! Your kids will love building these at lunchtime!
What’s your kid’s favorite healthy lunch box ideas? I’d love to know!
