Recipe FAQs

Are air-fried vegetables healthy?

Air frying vegetables is a healthier option in comparison to deep frying them. For complete nutritional value, see the information at the bottom of the recipe card.

Should I soak green beans before cooking?

There is no need to soak the green beans before cooking them in the Air Fryer. Instead, wash and dry the green beans before tossing them with the other ingredients and cooking them in the Air Fryer.

Why are my green beans still hard after cooking?

Each Air Fryer works differently, so you may need to cook the green beans for another minute or two. Cook the green beans in one to two-minute increments after the initial baking time until the desired doneness is reached.
