I appreciate these helpful Hacks. Friends invite us over for St Pat’s and always look forward to my soda bread. My recipe has been tweeked by me and is a hit. But the rest of the buttermilk goes to waste. Your hack is very helpful

If I’m in a pinch, yes. But I usually have a big container sitting in my pantry that I’ve pre-mixed.
