Creamy dishes are such a delicacy! I don’t think I’ve ever eaten pearl onions. I know I’ve seen them on antipasto trays and such, but the idea of eating a plain ol’ onion in full form always frightened me. Haha. (Though oddly, garlic? No problemo!) This looks really intriguing, though. I’ll have to step out of my comfort zone and give it a whirl 🙂
