I made these with more cinnamon, some nutmeg and cloves, and also added graham cracker crumbs. They are amazing! A huge hit with the family!

I made these and thought the ginger was too strong so I added graham cracker crumbs, more cinnamon, and a bit of nutmeg and cloves. They were delicious! Everyone raved about them! I will definitely make them again
