Really good. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that my 1 recommendation is to par cook the potatoes first. Or cut them smaller so they get done with the chicken. I had to leave it in the oven a lot longer to get the potatoes cooked which meant I overcooked the chicken. Else, awesome recipe as I’m a huge lemon fan. I also added some grape tomatoes to the dish too.
