Omg thanks for sharing this recipe Jillian! Simply delicious and a genius idea. Made it yesterday. As a mom of 2 under 2, cooking can be challenging especially when you have a clingy toddler. I made some subs like using cannellini beans instead of black beans and I precooked rice and mix it into tomatoey sauce in the pot. 10/10. 5 stars rating from my husband, my toddler and I. Please try you won’t regret it!
