Reese’s Spreads Snacking Sliders Recipe
On a recent trip to the store I found a product that I been anxiously awaiting it’s arrival! It beautifully blends the holy matrimony of chocolate and peanut butter together in spreadable form, Reese’s Spreads! The stuff is good! I’m talking slather it on everything, think about it night and day, find any excuse to use it GOOD! I picked up a canister at Walmart less than a week ago and we’re almost out! Looks like I’ll be headed back to the store soon to pick some up. You can find this spread on the same aisle as peanut butter.
You can try the Reese’s Spread for yourself at your local Walmart (participating store list here) November 13-16. Samples of the spread will be available along with apple slices.
Making this sliders recipe is so quick & easy. Here’s all you need:
- Reese’s Spreads
- Mini Waffles
- Apple Slices
My 4-year-old likes to make these with me. I set everything out for her as a slider assembly station. I toast the waffles and slice the apple ahead of time. That way everything is at her fingertips when she puts her little sliders together. Here’s what the snacking slider station usually looks like:
KIDS IN THE KITCHEN TIP: I don’t let my 4-year-old use a knife quite yet, so I give her my [easyazon_link asin=”B008O0MP92″ locale=”US” new_window=”default” nofollow=”default” tag=”foofoland-20″ add_to_cart=”default” cloaking=”default” localization=”default” popups=”default”]small offset spatula[/easyazon_link](affiliate link) to use instead. You can see it pictured above by the Reese’s Spread.
