It’s the week of Thanksgiving and I’m sure you’re starting to think about your menu for the big feast or what you’ll bring to contribute. All this week I’ll be posting some yummy recipes that will be perfect for Thanksgiving. Today I’m sharing a soup that would start your Thanksgiving off splendidly. It’s laced with aged white cheddar and topped with crispy bacon.
To make Thanksgiving prep easier, you can make this soup a day in advance and warm just before serving.
If you’re serving this as a first course it’ll serve more like 10 people because the serving size will be smaller.
