Hi Lori,

You can make them ahead of time. And you can serve the squash warm or cold. I personally like the squash warm in this salad.

I love making cranberry vinaigrette for Thanksgiving dinner and during winter in general. It’s great for a change during winter, your verison sounds and looks very delicious.
