Pour out the package rainbow slaw into a bowl.

Spray one side of wonton with cooking spray and drape lightly over each muffin cup, molding it gently to shape it.

Bake for 5-6 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack for 15 minutes.

In small microwave-safe bowl combine the ingredients for the peanut sauce.

Place slaw mix into medium bowl and toss with Thai Peanut Dressing until evenly coated.
