Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare the cupcake batter.

Divide the batter among the cupcake tins and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Mix together the ricotta cheese and powdered sugar. Stir in the mini chocolate chips and orange zest until combined.
