Make the dough by combining bread flour, salt and water with activated yeast and olive oil. Knead for four to five minutes.

Form the dough into a round ball and let it rise for about forty to sixty minutes.

Next, mix together the filling ingredients and let the bowl chill in the fridge.

Meanwhile, blend sauce ingredients for thirty seconds. Then, transfer to a saucepan and let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Once dough balls have rested, grab one and transfer it to a floured work surface. Roll the dough into a 9-inch circle. Place one portion of filling on half of the dough.
