Cheesy Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

– RITZ Crackers – Extra-sharp cheddar cheese – Unsalted butter – Garlic cloves – Salt & pepper – All-purpose flour

NOTE: You can use either yellow or white extra-sharp cheddar cheese in this recipe, I used white.

Blanch the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water. Shock it in an ice bath and drain. Set aside.

In a pot, add butter, garlic, and flour. Stir for about 1-2 minutes. Slowly whisk in the cream and broth. Then add the seasonings, cauliflower and broccoli.

In a medium bowl add the crushed crackers, melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture into baking dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crumbs are golden brown and crisp.

Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
