Epic Buckeye Brownie Cheesecake Cake

I absolutely love my Buckeye Brownies recipe, and I wanted to take it to the next level by turning it into a cheesecake cake!

If I had to pick a favorite cheesecake cake out of the bunch, it would have to be this!

Ingredients

– Cream cheese – Creamy peanut butter – Granulated sugar – All-purpose flour – Eggs – Milk

Servings: 12 -16 slices

NOTE: If you don’t plan on eating the cake right away, or if you know there will be leftovers, I suggest you make the cake on a cake round.

Make the peanut butter cheesecake, buckeyes and brownie layers. Once set, start assembling the cake.

Make peanut butter frosting. Add it into the chilled cake layers.

Next, make chocolate ganache. Pour into the cake covered with peanut butter frosting.

Decorate the cake with buckeyes, and then give the cake adequate chill time before serving.
