Pulse the flour, sugar, and yeast until combined. Slowly add water in, until a dough forms. Rest for 10 minutes.

Add oil and salt and process for 1 minute. Shape dough into a smooth ball and transfer the dough to a greased bowl.

Place drained tomatoes into a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds.
