First, preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Next, using a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.


Then, using a stand mixer, beat the melted butter and sugars together. Beat in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.


Slowly add the flour mixture until combined. Add the white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, coconut, and lime zest.


Scoop the dough with a 2-Tablespoon scoop onto the baking sheets. Softly press three white chocolate chunks into the top of each cookie.


Bake each baking sheet individually for eight minutes and sprinkle lightly with sea salt after removing from the oven.
