– Butter – Granulated sugar – Large eggs – Canned pumpkin – Water – All-purpose flour – Baking soda – Baking powder – Table salt – Pumpkin pie seasoning – Chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare 2 9×5-inch loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice, set aside.

Cream butter and sugar together until light an fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, pumpkin, and water and mix until incorporated.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined and there are no more flour pockets.

Divide the batter evenly among the 2 prepared loaf pans and bake 60-70 minutes.
