Pumpkin Spice Kettle Corn

Today I have a super quick & easy fall snack recipe for you today. Pumpkin Pie Spiced Kettle Corn that you make in the microwave!

There’s just something about the sweet, salty, and crunchy combo that I can’t resist.

Ingredients

– Popcorn seeds – Vegetable oil – Sugar – Salt – Pumpkin pie spice – Melted butter

TOTAL PREP TIME: 7 mins.

TOTAL NO. OF SERVINGS: 6 cups

NOTE: You really don’t want to over cook this kettle corn because the sugar will scorch while in the microwave.

Follow our easy instructions for success!

Place the popcorn kernels, vegetable oil, sugar, salt, and pumpkin pie spice in your lidded glass microwave-safe 2 quart baking dish. Stir kernels until well coated.

Spread kernels into an even layer, and place the lid on top.

Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until there is no more than 5 seconds between popping.

Using oven mits, remove the baking dish from the microwave and pour the popcorn out onto a piece of parchment or wax paper.

Drizzle with the melted butter and allow to cool and harden, about 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
