Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, and powdered milk to a small bowl. Whisk to combine.

Melt the vanilla almond bark, and add green gel color. Add 2-3 tablespoons of melted chocolate to each other the silicone wells.

Chill the molds for about 5-10 mins. Carefully remove from the molds then fill six with hot cocoa powder and marshmallows.

Close the bombs by placing the hollow half of the shell that's been melted along the edges with a hot pan.

Drizzle some leftover chocolate over the top of the sphere and garnish with sprinkles.
