CREAMY DRESSING:

MAKE THE CREAMY DRESSING:
Whisk together the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, dill, and pepper in a small bowl.
MAKE THE SALAD:
Place the cucumbers, onion, and radishes in a large bowl.

Season with pepper to taste and serve or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
