Ingredients
2Flatout Flatbread Pizza Crusts
2Tablespoonsolive oil
¼teaspoonsalt
½cupherbed cheese spread
½cupbaby spinachroughly chopped
16 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1cupcherry tomatoeshalved
6slicesbaconcooked and chopped
2Tablespoonsfinely grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-low. Place 2 Flatout Flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
Place flatbreads on preheated grill and sprinkle with salt. Cover grill and cook 2-3 minute.
Spread herbed cheese spread evenly over flatbreads. Layer flatbreads evenly with spinach and artichokes. Place cover on grill and cook for 1 minute.
Layer flatbreads evenly with tomatoes, bacon, and grated Parmesan cheese. Cover grill and cook 3-4 more minutes, or until cheese is hot and the edges of the flatbreads begin to brown.
