Funfetti Birthday Cake Ice Cream ~ a no-churn recipe!
This Funfetti Birthday Cake Ice Cream is an easy, no churn recipe that anyone can make at home. Make it for birthdays or just because!
- 2 cup heavy whipping cream divided
- 1 cup Funfetti cake mix
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3-4 Tablespoons Funfetti Frosting + the sprinkles
Add the 1 cup of the cream, Funfetti mix, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Add the sprinkles from the frosting mix, reserving a few for later. Stir to combine.
Beat the remaining 1 cup of cream. Add it to the bowl and gently whisk in until combined.
Add half of the ice cream mixture to you container. Top with 3-4 tablespoons of the frosting.
Pour the remaining ice cream mixture on top. Mix the icing into the ice cream using a skewer. Move the skewer in a figure eight pattern.
Add the reserved sprinkle to the top. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
