Instructions
In a large frying pan, add olive oil and butter and heat over medium-high heat.
Once the butter is melted, stir in add carrots, brown sugar, honey, and garlic.
Cook carrots for 8-10 minutes, while stirring several times until the carrots are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve.
