Add in the rest of the ingredients, onion, garlic, bouillon cube, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Add enough water to cover the chicken at least 1-inch over the chicken drumsticks.
Cover the pot and bring to a boil on medium high heat, cook for 25 minutes or until tender, internal temperature should be 165 degrees F.
Remove from broth and serve or transfer to a baking sheet.
Place under a broiler to crisp the outside of the chicken drumsticks for 3-4 minutes, flip drumsticks and continue cooking, watch closely so they don’t burn.
