Instructions
PREP PIEROGIES:
In a medium bowl, add the pierogies, oil, garlic powder, and shallots. Toss to coat.
AIR FRY:
Place the pierogies in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer.
Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
GARNISH AND SERVE:
Garnish with chives and serve with sour cream if desired.
