Smoked flank steak is a lovely, lean meat cooked perfectly on your Traeger grill. You can use the thinly-cut strips of beef afterward as a main dish or as a part of other delicious meals like tacos and fajitas.

Ingredients
STEAK:

MARINADE:

Instructions
MAKE MARINADE:
Whisk together all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
MARINATE STEAK:
Add flank steak to a resealable bag, pour the marinade, and seal.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
PREP SMOKER:
Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
SMOKE STEAK:
Place the flank steak directly on the grates, and smoke for 1 ½ hours or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 130-135°F.
TO FINISH:
Let the steak rest for 15 minutes, then slice it into thin strips and serve.
