Instructions
PREP SMOKER:
Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
SMOKE SAUSAGE:
Remove the Kielbasa sausage from its packaging.
Place the sausage directly onto the grates and smoke for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
TO FINISH:
Remove the sausage from the smoker, serve with your favorite sides or slice, and add to a snacking platter.
