CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:

CARAMEL SAUCE:

light brown sugar
packed

heavy whipping cream

unsalted butter

Instructions
MAKE CARAMEL SAUCE:
In a medium saucepan, add brown sugar, whipping cream, butter, and salt.
Stir and bring the mixture to boil and cook stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
MAKE CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Add ½ cup of caramel sauce and beat until smooth.
ASSEMBLE:
Add the cream cheese mixture to serving bowl. Place it in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
Spoon the remaining caramel sauce over cream cheese mixture.
Then, sprinkle with toffee bits (optional).
SERVE:
Serve immediately with apple slices, cookies, and grand cracker sticks.
Notes
If you're serving this as the only dessert, then it will serve 8. If you’re serving this at a party with other desserts, then it will serve 16.
This dip will keep at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
