First, place the drumsticks in a medium-sized pot.

Then, add in the onion, garlic, bouillon cube, parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Add in enough water to cover the chicken with at least 1-inch of water over the drumsticks. Next, cover the pot and bring to a boil.

Remove the drumsticks from the pot and place them on a baking sheet.

Set them under the broiler for three to four minutes, flipping them halfway.
