This Candied Pecans stovetop recipe comes together in just 5 minutes. They're great for salads, snacking, and for garnishing Fall cakes!
I like making quadruple batches of this recipe so that I always have them on hand. My kids love snacking on these pecans.
– unsalted butter – packed light brown sugar – raw pecans
NO. OF SERVINGS: 4 pax
TOTAL PREP TIME: 10 mins.
NOTE: This recipe doubles, triples, and even quadruples nicely. Just note that as you increase the quantities in the recipe, your skillet also needs to increase in size!
Set a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and sugar, and stir frequently until the butter is melted, the sugar has dissolved, and the mixture is bubbling.
Add in the pecans and stir constantly for 3 minutes so they are evenly coated with the butter and sugar mixture.
My favorite 2 favorite ways to eat these pecans: 1. On top of a delicious salad. 2. On top of my favorite pumpkin cake!
