– whipping cream – whole milk ricotta cheese – powdered sugar – vanilla – ground cinnamon – mini dark chocolate chips

NOTE: You will need about 2 tablespoons of cannoli filling to fill each small cannoli.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
In the same mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix on medium speed until well combined.
Instead of chocolate chips, you can use chocolate shavings or chopped pistachios.
