Instructions
PREHEAT GRILL:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, 350-375 degrees F.
SEASON AND WRAP CORN:
Lay out six sheets of foil.
Generously brush corn cobs with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll each corn cob in a sheet of foil.
GRILL CORN:
Place corn on the preheated grill.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, frequently turning to prevent the corn from burning.
TO FINISH:
Remove the corn from the grill.
Unwrap corn from the foil.
Serve with butter, herb butter, cheese, chopped parsley, or other toppings you choose.
