Creamy Tuscan Tortellini Bake

Today I’m sharing my newest casserole creation with you, my Creamy Tuscan Tortellini Bake.

Ingredients AND RECIPE

– Ground Italian sausage – Russet potatoes  – Tortellini – Kale – Butter – All-purpose flour – Milk – Chicken broth

PREP TIME: 15 Min

COOK TIME: 45 Min

NOTE: I used mild Italian sausage, but feel free to use hot if they’re more to your taste.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat cook the Italian sausage. Break up the meat with the back of a wooden spoon.

Cook for about 8 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain on paper towels; set aside.

Cut the potatoes in half length-wise, then cut in half again to make quarters.
