Slow Cooker Copycat Avalanche Cookies

These Copycat Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Avalanche Cookies are so easy to make and so decadent!

They're almost fudge-like and they have something for everyone; from creamy peanut butter, to white candy coating.

Ingredients

– mini chocolate chips  – vanilla flavored candy coating Candy Coating – creamy peanut butter – Rice Krispies  – mini marshmallows

Place mini chocolate chips in freezer until ready to use.

Break candy coating apart and add it to slow cooker insert along with peanut butter.

Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes. Stir mixture, cover and cook another 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Turn slow cooker off and stir in Rice Krispies. Cool uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
