To a bowl or ziplock bag add the chicken, eggs, hot sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.
Make Breadcrumb Coating:
To a bowl or ziplock bag add the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Mix until combined.
Coat Chicken:
Add the chicken to the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure the tenderloins are fully coated in the breadcrumbs.
