In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the pork loin.
Grill the pork loin for 30-45 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
