In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Season the Wings:
Coat the turkey wings evenly on all sides with the seasoning mixture. Place the wings in the refrigerator to chill while you preheat your smoker.
Preheat and Smoke:
Preheat your smoker to 250°F. Once preheated, place the wings directly onto the grill grates and close the lid. Smoke for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Optional Basting:
If desired, baste the wings with your favorite BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
