2medium kiwipeeled and sliced
1medium mangopeeled and diced
½cupblueberriessliced in half
¼cupbanana chips
¼cupunsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Place the watermelon slice on a cutting board.
Top with the kiwi, mango, blueberries, and banana chips.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the fruit.
Slice into 8 pieces and serve.

SERVE: Since this uses fresh fruit, you’ll want to serve it immediately!STORE: Leftover watermelon pizza can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Remember to use an airtight container or plastic wrap.FREEZE: I wouldn’t recommend freezing watermelon pizza! A lot of the fruit will become mushy when it thaws.
