Ingredients

  • 12 12-inch tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 24 large eggs scrambled
  • 1 pound bacon cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 32 ounce bag Ore Ida Crispy Crowns prepared as per package instructions
  • 1 recipe green chile pinto beans
  • 1 cup guacamole

Instructions

  • Remove tortilla packaging, and wrap them in a clean kitchen towel. Heat the tortillas in a microwave for 1 minute.
  • Layer the bottom third of the tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, crispy crowns, green chile pinto beans, and guacamole. Really get a hefty amount of filling in there! 
    A tortilla with egg, cheese, potatoes, pinto beans, bacon, and guacamole ready to be rolled up into a burrito.
  • Fold up the sides and bottom of the tortilla. Roll up the rest of the burrito and enjoy!
    Burritos all rolled up and ready to be frozen.
