Instructions
PREHEAT SMOKER:
- Preheat smoker to 180°F.
MAKE RUB:
- Combine the chicken rub in a small bowl.
PREP CHICKEN:
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.

SMOKE THE CHICKEN:
