What kind of chocolate for fondue?
Choosing the perfect chocolate for your fondue depends on your desired flavor profile. Here are some options:
- Milk chocolate: For a sweeter and creamier experience, milk chocolate is a crowd-pleaser, especially for kids.
- Semisweet chocolate: This versatile option is a sweet spot between milk and dark chocolate, offering a familiar, slightly bittersweet flavor.
- Dark chocolate: If you prefer a richer, deeper flavor, opt for dark chocolate with a cocoa content of around 55-70%.
