  • First, cook the turkey in a large skillet until it is almost completely cooked.

  • Then add the onions and cook for three to four minutes.

  • Stir in the garlic and cook for one minute before draining off the excess oil.

  • 1 small ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
