How To Make Lemonade Pie
***For complete recipe instructions, see the recipe card below.
- First, beat the sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese together until creamy.
- Next, beat in the lemonade concentrate and lemon pudding mix until thick and creamy.
- Evenly pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and put it in the freezer for six to eight hours.
- Finally, decorate the edges with Cool Whip and garnish with lemon slices or zest before slicing and serving.
Recipe Variations
- Make your own homemade graham cracker crust if preferred.
- Avoid substituting regular lemonade for thawed frozen lemonade concentrate, as it will be too watery and lack flavor. The concentrate is essential for this recipe.
- Instead of Cool Whip for this lemonade pie, you can use freshly whipped cream.
Storage Tips
SERVE: Serve the pie frozen or slightly defrosted with Cool Whip and lemon slices.
STORE: Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
FREEZE: If you plan on freezing the pie for an extended period of time, then wrap the pie in two layers of plastic and foil. Freeze for 3-4 months.
