This No Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream is an easy, no-churn recipe that anyone can make at home. Make it for birthdays or just because!
No Churn Birthday Cake Ice Cream
We have a lot of summer birthdays in my family and extended. From the end of June to the beginning of September, we have over 10 birthdays, including mine! During the summer months, we get a little tired of birthday cake.
Crazy talk, I know. I came up with this recipe for my birthday to change things up a little. Plus it’s so stinkin’ hot here still. I don’t want to turn on the oven if I don’t have to!
This Funfetti Ice Cream is SO easy to make. Let me show you how!
How to make Funfetti Birthday Cake Ice Cream:
- Gather all of your ingredients for this Funfetti Birthday Cake Ice Cream recipe.
- Add the 1 cup of the cream Funfetti mix, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add the sprinkles from the frosting mix, reserving a few for later. Stir to combine.
- Beat the remaining 1 cup of cream. Add it to the bowl and gently whisk in until combined.
- Add half of the ice cream mixture to your container. Top with 3-4 tablespoons of the frosting.
- Pour the remaining ice cream mixture on top. Mix the icing into the ice cream using a skewer. Move the skewer in a figure-eight pattern.
- Add the reserved sprinkle to the top. Freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
- Scoop, serve, and celebrate!
Cook’s Note – Funfetti Birthday Cake Ice Cream:
- This Funfetti Ice Cream will keep in an air-tight container in the freezer for about 2 months, but I doubt it will last that long!

Thank you so much for this amazing recipe! I’m a nanny, so I’m always trying to find fun recipes that keep my young kiddos entertained! My girls had a blast making this with me, and it’s so rewarding to see them feeling helpful and empowered when they play a role in making the food they eat. The fun colors and sprinkles are definitely a plus!
